Partner Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

WEKA is a pre-IPO, growth-stage company transforming AI data and memory infrastructure. The Partner Marketing Specialist will be the operational & executional layer of the integrated partner motion, managing MDF end-to-end, executing joint webinars, events, campaigns, and communications, and serving as the shared partner-marketing execution resource for field marketing managers across AMS, EMEA, and APJ.

What You Will Do

The Partner Marketing Specialist will own the Marketing Development Fund lifecycle, manage field & partner execution support, coordinate quarterly regional partner webinars, work with product marketing and field marketing to identify additional joint partner webinars, build and send partner newsletters, campaign emails, and enablement announcements, and maintain partner portal current.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing
• at least 1 year in partner, channel, or field marketing in enterprise technology
• Demonstrated ability to run budget-tracked processes with external stakeholders
• Direct experience with MDF or co-op programs is a strong plus
• Strong project management instincts
• Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (Marketo or similar), a CRM (Salesforce), and webinar tooling
• Clear, professional written communication
• Comfort working across time zones with regional marketers and partner contacts
• Experience with partner portal administration (Impartner, Salesforce PRM, or similar) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
