Senior Software Engineer – F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM/DNS/WAF) and AVI Load Balancers

Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will lead moderately complex initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, design, code, test, debug, and document projects and programs associated with technology domains.

The Senior Software Engineer will resolve moderately complex issues, lead a team, and meet client needs while leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Expert knowledge of F5 BIG-IP and AVI Load Balancer platforms
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, SSL/TLS, and application networking
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, or CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging & production support skills to drive & resolve highly visible production incidents
