Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant – Incentive Compensation

Role Overview

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for various business lines. The Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant will support a team of technology professionals who analyze, develop, and support technology solutions for critical incentive compensation functions.

What You Will Do

Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives, contribute to the development of systems and procedures, evaluate complex business challenges, coordinate communication between business and technology teams, and support the full SDLC process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience
• 4+ years of systems analysis or design experience
• 4+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
• 3+ years of client relationship management experience
• 3+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
• 1+ years of experience with Agile
• 1+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
• 1+ years of Jira and Confluence experience
