Role Overview

The Director Financial Operations functions as an on-site financial resource focusing on revenue growth and bottom line performance from the Hospital and Service Line.

What You Will Do

Supports budget development, reviews monthly financial statements, and provides financial support to Directors responsible for Pro Formas for new programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Accounting or Finance or Other/Related Field
• Masters Business Administration/Management (Preferred)
• 8 years of experience in hospital finance
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Experience with EPIC, Strata, and Workday (Preferred)
• Expert level experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and pivot tables
