Associate Representative – Inside Sales

Role Overview

As an Associate Representative – Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers to increase sales of the Company’s products and/or services.

What You Will Do

You will obtain orders, up-sell, and create customer satisfaction by phone and email. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.

Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Preferred knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
