Data Scientist/Dashboard Developer

Role Overview

We need an experienced Data Scientist / Dashboard Developer to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Personnel and Readiness (OUSW P&R) CIO Cyber Workforce through a subcontract with Booz Allen Hamilton. This role will analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and visualizations, and turn complex findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

What You Will Do

Perform data analysis and provide recommendations through dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Qlik or Tableau. Develop data manipulation scripts using SQL or other applications. Analyze datasets from disparate sources to identify patterns, trends, insights, and areas of concern.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, proficiency in Qlik, and experience with AI tools to improve product quality and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Three (3) to ten (10) years of directly related experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with technologies such as Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas
• Proficiency in Qlik
• Experience with Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results with little direction or oversight
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve product quality and delivery speed
• Aptitude for technical writing and editing for business audiences
