Role Overview

The CRM Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot across the organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and other key stakeholders to ensure CRM data is accurate, consistent, and effectively utilized.

What You Will Do

Administer and maintain user access, permissions, deal stages, custom properties, object associations, and other system configurations to support business processes. Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CRM workflows and automations, including lead routing, task creation, follow-up activities, reminders, and lifecycle stage updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining workflows, custom properties, and reports in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in distribution, industrial, or manufacturing environments
  • Experience training and supporting non-technical end users across multiple teams or locations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to help translate CRM data into actionable recommendations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Technical aptitude with strong business and analytical skills
  • Solid computer skills and use of Microsoft Office Products, including Word and Excel
