Role Overview
As an Incentive Compensation Analyst, you’ll be responsible for administering Incentive Compensation Plans for the Bank, working closely with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
What You Will Do
You’ll design and model incentive compensation plans, process payment requests, review eligibility and calculation errors, and communicate plan details to employees. You’ll also participate in audit and risk review, provide guidance to employees and HRIS representatives, and contribute to the development of software and processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience or similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
- Prior experience with Workday strongly preferred
- Certified Compensation Professional or World at Work Coursework preferred
