Role Overview
The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology tools and platforms within the organization. This role operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, ensuring that digital solutions align with business objectives and enhance marketing effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibility of this position is the continual monitoring, evaluation, and optimization of the marketing technology stack. This entails regular review of technologies with product owners and the usage of those technologies.

Requirements
- Ability to create thorough and clear acceptance criteria for tasks and projects
- Experience with Martech tools like Content Management Systems, tag management, Customer Data Platforms, Automation Saas, and emerging AI
- High-level understanding of how SEO, UI/UX, multivariate testing, and personalization interact with marketing and lead generation efforts
- Adept at multitasking and handling projects with many moving parts
- Maintains both exceptional focus under tight timelines, as well as attention to detail, keeping a quality and customer-first mindset
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with a team as well as being able to self-direct work activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, etc.
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Understanding of common client and service-side web technologies
- Skills in computer-based projects, resource management systems, and project management tools
