Role Overview
The Manager, FP&A Retail Strategic, is responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities for the Strategic Retail business. This role serves as a key finance business partner to commercial and retail leaders, providing actionable insights that support business performance, profitability, customer growth, and strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and operating plan processes supporting the Strategic Retail business. Perform detailed financial, profitability, customer, and performance analyses to support business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining financial models and business analyses.
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, automation, and AI tools.
