Digital Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We’re searching for a Digital Sales Operations Specialist to support our Personal Lines Digital Sales teams across British Columbia, Alberta, and the Prairies. The role is hybrid, with the ability to work from the office and work from home.

What You Will Do

You’ll work closely with Digital Sales advisors and leaders to support file quality, reporting, systems, advisor training, and operational improvements. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, review client and policy files, and conduct file audits and quality control reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, insurance operations, sales support, administration, or coordination
• strong understanding of Personal Lines insurance processes, policy documentation, new business workflows, file quality requirements, compliance, and sales administration
• highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• experience reviewing client and policy files, identifying documentation gaps, and ensuring information is complete and accurate
• comfortable working with brokerage management systems and digital sales platforms such as Acturis, Salesforce, Genesys, or similar tools
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data, prepare accurate reports, identify trends, and support informed decision-making
• strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with advisors, leaders, and cross-functional partners across multiple provinces
