Praktikant People Operations

Role Overview

As a Praktikant*in People Operations, you will be the active support for administrative and organizational personnel matters and learn about personnel work from A to Z. This position is limited to 6 months, and the workplace is in Munich.

What You Will Do

Taking on tasks independently within the entire Employee-Life-Cycles, from Preboarding to Offboarding, answering inquiries independently through our ticket system, organizing and coordinating our Onboarding on the first day of our new starters, creating certificates of employment independently, participating in other topics, such as the care of our Employee Benefits or process optimizations with AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications Science, or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
• Well-developed organizational talent and a structured and independent way of working
• Great joy in dealing with people and a high level of service orientation
• Safe handling of MS Office, for example with Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Personio is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
