Role Overview

Wettermark Keith is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and optimize our Salesforce platform while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.

What You Will Do

Manage daily Salesforce operations, create and maintain reports and dashboards, troubleshoot bugs and user issues, administer users and profiles, and monitor data quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
  • Reports & dashboards
  • Flow Builder and automation tools
  • Experience working with managed packages (e.g., Litify or similar legal tech platforms)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps strategies
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
