Product Marketing Manager, Benefits

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager, Benefits will own the commercial story and go-to-market strategy for a product portfolio, partnering with Product on pricing and packaging decisions and bringing customer and market evidence into discovery to help shape what WEX builds.

What You Will Do

The role involves owning portfolio GTM and commercialization, partnering with Product on pricing and packaging, and using customer research, win/loss insights, competitive analysis, and experimentation to inform roadmap decisions and product-market fit.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B or B2B2C environments
• Demonstrated ownership of a multi-product portfolio or multiple product initiatives
• An AI-native working style
• Experience partnering with Product on pricing and packaging decisions
• Experience influencing product strategy through customer research, competitive insight, and experimentation during discovery
• Experience launching and growing data-centric or AI-enabled platforms
• Strong sales enablement experience in complex or regulated selling environments
• Ability to synthesize customer insight, regulatory guidance, and market dynamics into clear positioning and strategy
• Comfort with data, including the ability to pull and interpret performance and usage data to guide decisions
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication, with strong cross-functional influence and executive presentation skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships, influence without authority, prioritize competing work, and context-switch across multiple products and launches
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Salesforce or comparable CRM tools, and AI-driven marketing tools
