Role Overview

Whatfix is an AI platform advancing the “userization” of enterprise applications, empowering companies to maximize the ROI of their digital investments. The Head of Marketing Technology, Automation & AI will lead the function that powers Whatfix’s go-to-market engine, setting the vision and roadmap for an intelligent, signal-driven demand generation system.

What You Will Do

The role requires someone who has built GTM systems hands-on, not just directed them. The Head of Marketing Technology, Automation & AI will own the demand gen martech stack, including what to buy and how to buy it, and be accountable for the quality and reliability of everything this engine produces.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep experience across marketing automation and operations, marketing technology, or GTM systems
• Hands-on, end-to-end marketing automation expertise
• Proven ownership of data hygiene and governance at scale
• Real AI fluency: shipped LLM-integrated workflows or AI-driven GTM automation in production or Marketing Agents
• People leadership experience: built and developed teams, including coaching senior individual contributors through change
