Part-Time Customer Experience Ambassador (Automotive Workshop)

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, warm and proactive Customer Experience Ambassador to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our customers.

You will be the friendly face of our workshop, ensuring customers feel welcomed, attended to and well taken care of throughout their visit.

No automotive knowledge or experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome customers arriving at our workshop.

• Proactively walk around the customer areas to check if anyone needs assistance.

• Offer customers water and ensure they are comfortable while waiting.

• Help direct customers to the appropriate service advisors.

• Check on waiting customers and ensure nobody feels overlooked.

• Identify customers who may need assistance and proactively approach them.

• Assist elderly customers or those who require additional support.

• Keep the customer reception and waiting areas neat, tidy and presentable.

• Communicate customer requests or concerns to the relevant team members.

• Help create a friendly, professional and positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented personality.

• Enjoys interacting with people and helping others.

• Proactive, attentive and observant.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, courteous and professional.

• Comfortable walking and standing during working hours.

• Responsible and reliable.

• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, customer service or guest relations is an advantage but not required.

• No automotive experience required. Training will be provided.
