Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Brand Strategy: Plan and execute monthly, seasonal, and annual marketing campaigns aligned with revenue targets and new service/product launches.

• Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok) to drive high-intent leads and direct online bookings, while tracking CAC, ROAS, and conversions.

• Social Media & Content Creation: Oversee the social content calendar (Reels, TikToks, ambiance tours, and expert spotlights) and manage local influencer/KOL partnerships.

• Customer Retention & Loyalty: Design lifecycle marketing strategies (welcome workflows, birthday rewards, win-back campaigns, and membership tiers) to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

• Cross-Functional Operations: Collaborate closely with frontline front-desk staff, therapists, and management to ensure smooth in-store execution of promotional pushes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience within the beauty, wellness, retail skincare, spa, or hospitality industry.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, and wellness booking/CRM platforms (e.g., Mindbody or equivalent).

• Content Capabilities: Familiarity with agile graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) for fast-paced social content creation.

• Attributes: Strong analytical mindset paired with a genuine passion for self-care, wellness, and customer service excellence.
