Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications (REIT)

Aurex Group is partnering with a REIT in Singapore, we are seeking an experienced investor relations and communications leader to shape how a listed platform is understood by investors, analysts, the media and other stakeholders. The role will lead communications strategy, investor engagement, financial reporting and corporate reputation, while supporting long-term value creation for unitholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor, analyst, media and retail unitholder engagement.
• Manage quarterly results, announcements, presentations and press releases.
• Oversee annual, sustainability and regulatory reporting.
• Plan AGMs, EGMs, investor events and stakeholder briefings.
• Lead strategic communications, including transactions, media, branding, digital channels and index inclusion.

Requirements

• 12+ years’ experience in investor relations, corporate communications, capital markets or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with a listed REIT, real-estate or infrastructure business, financial institution or communications advisory firm.
• Strong understanding of Singapore capital markets, REITs and listed-company disclosure requirements.
• Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
