We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to support daily centre operations and deliver a great customer experience.
What you’ll do
- Front-desk customer service (students & parents)
- Handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling & payments
- Recommend suitable programmes & support enrolment
- Assist in centre operations, events & workshops
- Manage feedback and service recovery
What we’re looking for
- Customer service / retail / education experience preferred
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working weekends
- Positive, outgoing, service-oriented personality
- Able to work across island-wide centres if needed
