About The Role
As a CBRE Financial Planning Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for conducting moderate to complex financial analysis, financial reporting, and ad hoc finance projects for Singapore Advisory business segment. This job is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis job function, reporting to Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager (SEA).
What You’ll Do
- Lead management reporting and financial analysis to track the country’s performance against key metrics.
- Execute annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes.
- Actively partner with Singapore Business Line Leaders, the Finance Controllership function, Regional Finance, and Global Finance to identify business requirements and support strategic decision-making.
- Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing financial solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through the execution of ad hoc finance projects and process optimizations.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Big 4 accounting, a U.S. multinational corporation, or a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI for data modelling, visualization, and presentation.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of motivation, professional commitment, and attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing business environment.
- Experience with TM1 system knowledge would be a bonus.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools or methodologies for financial analysis is highly preferred.
