The Opportunity

One of Asia’s largest privately held business groups is seeking a business leader to help shape its next phase of growth.

This is a Group-level role working across multiple businesses to improve performance, lead major initiatives and build stronger organisational capability. The role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to deliver impact at enterprise scale. Depending on prior experience, candidates may also be assigned to lead up a business unit if deemed suitable.

What You Will Do

• Set priorities across the portfolio and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
• Identify the critical issues holding back performance and address their root causes.
• Work with business leaders to improve growth, productivity, cost and execution with tangible impact.
• Lead major business and technology initiatives across the Group.
• Build stronger teams, operating discipline and accountability.

What Success Looks Like

You establish clear priorities, deliver visible business impact and build credibility across the Group.

Over time, successful leaders may take on broader business leadership responsibilities.

About You

• You have led businesses, business units, or major enterprise initiatives in complex environments, and have a track record of delivering meaningful results through others.
• You are as comfortable setting direction as getting into the detail, and you bring energy and drive to whatever you take on, and never taking no for an answer.
• Industry background is open. We welcome leaders from operating, industrial, consumer, natural resources, energy, consulting or investment backgrounds… capability and impact matter more than sector.
• Have about 15-20 years of work experience
• Degree/Master’s holder from a reputable university is highly preferred.
