Deli Operations Lead — Customer Experience & Growth

PRALET by Creative Culinaire Academy Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to run day-to-day operations, lead the operations team and own performance across sales, costs, quality, people and customer experience. This is a hands-on role working closely with our management team.

You will oversee outlet operations, inventory, scheduling, SOP adherence, and delivery coordination on Grab and Foodpanda, while collaborating with Sales & Marketing on launches and events, and reporting KPIs
