DESERT DESSERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate Customer Experience & Operations Executive to join our growing dessert café brand.

The role blends online customer service, online order management, and hands-on outlet operations to deliver excellent service while driving sales. You will engage with customers via WhatsApp and social media, coordinate orders with the bakery, maintain inventory, and support promotional activities.
