Grab is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead the Platform Experience operations as part of Singapore Country Operations. You will observe workflows, analyze data, and redesign processes, implementing AI and automation improvements to turn ideas into operating models.
You will work onsite at Grab’s Tampines office, with frequent travel to the One North office for meetings, driving impactful enhancements across live services and performance measures.
