Semicon HR Manager|Up to $6000 | 5 Days | Kranji -ZH

Salary: Up to $6000
Location: Kranji
Working Days: Mon – Fri (9am-6.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, workforce planning initiatives, and employee engagement programs to support business growth.
• Oversee work pass administration, HR compliance, statutory reporting, and employee benefits in accordance with local regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, manage HR analytics, and administer the Payboy HR system for payroll, leave, attendance, and claims.
• Partner with management on talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement of HR processes and workplace practices.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant.
• At least 3 years of full-spectrum HR experience, with experience in a managerial or leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, payroll administration, work pass processes, and HR compliance.
