We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical
FP&A Senior/Manager
to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic business decisions through financial insights, data analytics, and performance management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to support business growth, M&A activities, and operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead the budget, forecast, and long-term financial projections exercise.
Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful management reports for leadership decision-making.
Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.
Business Partnering & Data Analytics
Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights that support growth and profitability.
Translate data into meaningful business intelligence using Power BIand other analytical tools.
Identify key performance trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for process improvement.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support
Support M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-merger integration activities.
Prepare valuation models, sensitivity analysis, and investment proposals for management review.
Process Enhancement
Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, data accuracy, and analytical capability.
Implement automation and digital tools to enhance forecasting and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
Postgraduate or professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA, MBA) will be an advantage.
Experience
At least 5 years of relevant experiencein FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
Prior exposure to the healthcare industrywill be advantageous.
Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and financial modelling tools.
