Marketing Manager (Education Group)

About our client

A well-established education group with 3 brands spanning enrichment and afterschool care.

The role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own marketing and brand strategy across all 3 brands, leading a lean team of 3.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive the overall marketing and brand strategy to achieve sales growth, revenue targets, brand awareness, and long‑term brand equity.
• Develop and implement integrated campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, partnerships, and other channels to attract and convert prospects.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital marketing activities including website updates, SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, and email marketing, using analytics to improve performance.
• Contribute to brand storytelling and ensure consistent communication across customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, audiences, and growth opportunities.
• Lead CRM initiatives to enhance lead nurturing, conversion, engagement, and retention, supported by effective use of customer data.
• Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies and budgets.
• Coach and develop the marketing team while managing external agencies, consultants, and strategic partners to deliver impactful initiatives.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
• Min 5 years of marketing experience in digital marketing, campaign management and brand development
• Experience marketing multiple brands or product lines is a plus
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Familiar with CRM tools and data-driven marketing
• Team player who works well with agencies and partners
• Education industry experience is an advantage
