We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Macros, SharePoint, the Software Development Cycle, JIRA, and Data Analysis to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
Collaborate with the software development team to ensure requirements are implemented correctly throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Utilize JIRA for project management and task tracking, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow.
Conduct data analysis to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
Create and manage SharePoint sites for effective collaboration and document management within the team.
Perform quality assurance testing to ensure that developed solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications
10-11 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionalities such as Macros for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong understanding of SharePoint for document management and team collaboration.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
Proficient in using JIRA for project tracking and management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
