We are seeking a strategic and technically sound Product Marketing Manager to lead and scale our Flow Business across the region. Acting as the business owner for our advanced field instrumentation portfolio (including Coriolis Flowmeters), you will drive regional growth strategy, align with executive leadership, and empower sales teams to maximize market share in high-stakes process industries like Oil & Gas.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership & Strategy: Own the regional flow business portfolio; develop, execute, and deliver medium-term business plans and growth strategies aligned with regional leadership targets.
- Market Intelligence & Analytics: Utilize B2B business intelligence tools and market data to conduct opportunity analyses, track industry trends, manage the pipeline, and drive data-backed decisions.
- Project Pursuit & Opportunity Management: Spearhead project pursuit activities, optimize customer engagement, and improve conversion rates to secure major commercial contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships with regional sales divisions, Engineering Procurement Contractors (EPCs), and internal business unit stakeholders to accelerate market development.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation) or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven track record in business leadership, product marketing, strategic sales, or technical business development within industrial automation.
- Domain Expertise: Strong technical competency in flow measurement technologies , with specific, hands‑on exposure to Coriolis Flowmeters and process plant environments.
- Competencies: Outstanding business acumen, strong pipeline analysis capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills to influence regional teams.
