Product Marketing & Operations Specialist

We’re seeking candidates with keen interests marketing, project coordination, and operations to bring technology-driven products and initiatives to life.

Be apart of our team as a Product Marketing & Operations Specialist to support the marketing and operational execution of mapping, location-based, and technology-enabled products .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for mapping, IoT, and consumer-facing products.
• Translate product and business objectives into campaign plans, target audiences, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics .
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support product awareness, adoption, and customer experience.
• Coordinate end-to-end operational activities for mapping initiatives, including site access, field activities, data collection, and quality tracking .
• Plan and execute partner events and engagement activities , covering event planning, vendor coordination, communications, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event reporting.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, agencies, property managers, site operators, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams and external partners to leverage specialist support when required.
• Maintain campaign assets, event logistics, participant information, location data, and operational trackers.
• Use data and reporting to monitor project progress, campaign performance, and operational outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology , or a related discipline.
• Experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, project coordination, events, or field operations .
• Experience with Consumer Maps, GIS, POI data management, navigation, or geospatial products will be an advantage.
