Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing campaigns for the NurtureStars preschool brand, driving digital and offline initiatives to achieve measurable business outcomes in a dynamic, multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels to increase brand awareness and engagement

Drive digital marketing strategies including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management to optimize lead generation and conversion

Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing touchpoints to strengthen brand identity

Support the Chief Marketing Officer in brand-building initiatives, parent engagement activities, and marketing innovation projects to drive growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

5–8 years of relevant marketing experience in brand-side or agency environments

Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous

Strong knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently after receiving high-level direction

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Passion for impactful storytelling, customer engagement, and purposeful brand growth
