Job Description
Reporting to the regional FP&A leadership team, you will:
Support annual budgeting, strategic planning, and rolling forecast processes across the SEA region
Provide performance analysis and management insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
Develop and deliver meaningful financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Partner closely with business leaders to monitor expenditure, identify trends, and enhance financial performance
Conduct profitability, sales, cost, and margin analysis to support business initiatives and growth opportunities
Drive reporting enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and data quality
Contribute to business reviews, strategic projects, and ad hoc analysis for senior management
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA will be advantageous
At least 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business finance, or financial analysis within a multinational environment
Experience supporting multiple countries, regional operations, or geographically dispersed business units
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial performance management
Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
Experience with ERP, planning, reporting, or business intelligence platforms such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and matrixed business environment
