Operations Manager (Multi-Product Operations) — Singapore
Location: Singapore · Full-time
ABOUT NOAH
Noah Holdings is a wealth management group headquartered in Singapore, serving global Chinese high-net-worth families. Since 2005, the Noah team has built a platform spanning 9 countries and regions, dual primary-listed on the NYSE (NOAH) and HKEX (6686). Our three platforms work together: ARK for accounts and investment execution, Olive for long-term allocation across private markets, and Glory for global family legacy and lifestyle services.
THE ROLE
In Singapore, our operations team supports private funds, public funds, structured products, securities and treasury, and our securities business is in the middle of a system and capability upgrade. The team is lean, so this role combines hands‑on ownership of daily operations with building the processes, controls and systems that let the platform grow.
You will make sure onboarding, KYC, subscriptions and redemptions, settlement, clearing, reconciliation and cash movements run accurately, on time and in line with MAS requirements, and you will also support part of the operations for Noah’s US funds.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Private and US fund operations
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions and transfers; work with fund managers, fund administrators and custodians; maintain holdings and NAV data
- Support part of the outsourced operations for Noah’s US funds with the US team and service providers, covering capital calls, distributions, NAV checks, investor servicing and reporting across time zones
Public funds and structured products
- Handle subscription, redemption and switch orders and platform dealing; follow up on confirmations, settlement, position reconciliation, dividends and corporate actions
- Support structured product operations (e.g. FCN): RFQ and order placement, trade confirmation, settlement, observation dates, knock‑in / knock‑out events, coupons and maturity
Securities and treasury
- Run securities back‑office operations: onboarding, KYC, funding, settlement, clearing, corporate actions and reconciliation; support the build‑out of options and margin financing capabilities and their risk controls
- Manage client and company cash movements, transfers and FX; reconcile bank and custodian cash daily and follow up on breaks
Controls, process and systems
- Operate MAS‑compliant controls, SOPs and routines, and improve processes across product lines
- Support risk control and monitoring: client admission, trade exceptions and errors, reporting and regulatory coordination
- Work with product, relationship managers, technology, compliance and client service so that new products and features are ready to operate at launch
- Take part in system testing, requirements feedback and report automation to improve accuracy, efficiency and visibility
- Join client meetings when needed to answer operational questions
WHAT YOU BRING
Must‑have
- Operations experience in one or more of private funds, public funds, structured products, securities brokerage or treasury, including onboarding, KYC, trade processing, settlement, reconciliation and client account lifecycle
- Working knowledge of fund subscription and redemption flows, structured product lifecycle, and securities clearing and settlement across markets
- Good understanding of MAS requirements and operational controls, including operational risk, regulatory coordination and client protection
- Detail‑oriented and hands‑on; comfortable building and refining processes and SOPs in an evolving environment
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin, as the role works daily with external counterparties in English and with Mandarin‑speaking clients and colleagues across the group
Nice to have
- Operations experience in options, margin financing or structured products such as FCN
- Exposure to AML, complaints handling or regulatory reporting
- Systems implementation, business analysis or system testing experience
- Strong Excel and data skills for analysis, process improvement and issue diagnosis
- Experience working across functions or regions with front office, product, technology and compliance teams
WHAT WE OFFER
- A broad, multi-product operations role at a listed wealth management group headquartered in Singapore
- The chance to shape processes and systems while the securities platform is being upgraded
- Close collaboration with product, technology, compliance and regional teams
Care is what expertise is for.
