About the Role
Olympus Learning Academy is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, managing digital platforms, and supporting the promotion of training and educational programmes.

Salary:

SGD 10,000 – SGD 14,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrolment.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.

Manage the company’s website, social media channels, and marketing content.

Analyse marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

Collaborate with management, trainers, and external partners to promote courses and events.

Manage marketing budgets and optimise marketing spend.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

At least 5 years of marketing management experience.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

Proven track record in lead generation and brand development.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
