Location: Commonwealth
Basic Salary: $7000 – $9000

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, potential clients and target markets within the M&E construction industry.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers and industry stakeholders.

• Monitor upcoming construction projects, market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

• Develop marketing and business development strategies to strengthen market presence and secure new projects.

• Promote the Company’s M&E services, technical capabilities, project experience and corporate brand.

• Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals and marketing materials to support business development.

• Represent the Company at client meetings, industry events and networking activities.

• Analyse market information and client needs to identify opportunities and recommend business strategies.

• Work with internal teams to develop proposals and support business development initiatives.

• Coordinate branding, marketing communications and promotional activities to enhance the Company’s industry presence.

Requirements:

• Relevant marketing or business development experience within M&E engineering or construction industry.

• Good understanding of the Singapore construction market, including industry stakeholders and upcoming project opportunities.

• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities, build client relationships and promote company services.
