Client Management Specialist (Customer Operations)

We are hiring a Client Management Specialist to support daily customer operations and ensure smooth coordination across orders, delivery, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, client coordination, and operational stability, and is confident in managing end-to-end customer processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
• Manage daily operations including order processing, delivery coordination, and service fulfilment
• Handle customer enquiries related to orders, quotations, shipping schedules, and inventory
• Monitor and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and timelines
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operations and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management / customer operations / coordination roles
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured environment
