Transit Customer Experience Officer (Rotating Shifts)

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Customer Service Officer to support daily operations, handle enquiries and assist in resolving issues. The role involves cash handling, reconciliation of daily cash with system reports, and performing ad-hoc duties. Ideal candidates have a cheerful disposition, good communication, and teamwork.

Working hours are rotating: 4 days on, 2 days off, 10am–10pm or 10pm–10am, located in Woodlands with attractive allowances and incentives.
