Responsibilities:

• Manage and support customer accounts, ensuring their qualification status is maintained.
• Assist customers in resolving account-related issues and concerns, balancing both company and customer circumstances.
• Update customers on new programs, policies, and procedures.
• Handle correspondence through phone, messages, and emails, delivering high-quality service.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to multi-task effectively.
