Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud/ APEX)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions primarily on the Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions platforms
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce applications
• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Entitlements, Service Console, Knowledge
• Deliver solutions leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Support configuration and customization of PSS data models and regulatory workflows
• Participate in full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live hypercare activities.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
• Experience with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, SFDX CLI, or Gearset
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures preferred
• Experience building and configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) portals and sites preferred
