We’re looking for a commercially driven BD professional with an established network across Singapore’s events, MICE, and hospitality sectors to grow our event workforce solutions business.
What you’ll do
- Win new business and build strategic client partnerships
- Grow a portfolio of event agency and hotel accounts, turning one-off bookings into repeat business
- Engage senior stakeholders across event agencies, hotel groups, and corporate event teams
- Own the full sales cycle, from origination to close
- Build a high-value pipeline with strong commercial discipline
- Partner with our operations and rostering teams to make sure what you sell is delivered well
- Track upcoming conferences, exhibitions, and hotel event calendars to spot demand early
What you’ll bring
- 4–7 years of BD experience in Events, MICE, Hospitality, or Workforce Solutions
- Experience with a large event organizer, hotel, or agency (a strong advantage)
- A well-established network within Singapore’s events ecosystem
- A track record of client acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
