About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to grow our portfolio of Radware cybersecurity and application delivery solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new enterprise business, expanding existing customer relationships, and working closely with Radware, channel partners, and internal technical teams to deliver solutions that address customers’ cybersecurity, application availability, and technology infrastructure requirements.
This position is ideal for a salesperson with 3–6 years of enterprise technology sales experience, particularly in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, networking, application security, or related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Radware solutions across assigned enterprise accounts and territories.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within large commercial and enterprise organisations.
- Build strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, security teams, procurement functions, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand customers’ business priorities, application environments, cybersecurity challenges, and infrastructure requirements.
- Position relevant Radware solutions in collaboration with presales consultants, solution architects, and vendor representatives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and closure.
- Build and maintain an accurate pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Radware and the wider partner ecosystem on joint account planning, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Work with resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners to develop and progress sales opportunities.
- Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, and forecasting information within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about cybersecurity developments, competitor activity, and changing customer requirements.
- Support post-sale engagement to strengthen adoption, customer satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably within enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing enterprise customer relationships.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, networking, application delivery, infrastructure, or related technology solutions is preferred.
- Familiarity with application security, DDoS protection, web application security, application delivery, or cloud security would be advantageous.
- Experience working with a technology vendor, distributor, system integrator, reseller, or channel partner would be beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage complex and consultative enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong prospecting, account planning, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer and business value.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, technical, marketing, vendor, and channel teams.
- Self‑motivated and accountable, with a strong focus on achieving revenue, pipeline, and customer acquisition targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.
