We are seeking a customer-oriented and organised individual to support leasing operations and customer engagement. This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, sales support or other client-facing environments who enjoy building relationships and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to prospective customer enquiries and proactively follow up on existing leads through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Identify and prioritise interested prospects to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.
- Coordinate property viewings, consultations and appointments for prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles, interaction records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure potential customers receive consistent engagement.
- Provide administrative and operational support for leasing and marketing activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, customer outreach initiatives and promotional events.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, telesales, healthcare, sales support or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, organised and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with outbound calls and proactive customer follow-ups.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior CRM experience will be an advantage.
