About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant / Developer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key role in the further development of our CRM landscape, working closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and IT Architects to deliver scalable and effective CRM solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the central point of contact for the further development and enhancement of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM landscape.
• Advise business and functional teams on CRM best practices, technical solutions, and implementation approaches.
• Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions primarily within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module, with future involvement in Marketing Automation.
• Perform customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM according to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain custom plug-ins using C#/.NET.
• Design and automate workflows and business processes within Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain system interfaces and integrations using REST, SOAP, and Azure Services.
• Support the integration of Dynamics 365 with various internal and external systems.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, business stakeholders, developers, and IT Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute actively to the organization’s CRM strategy, architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Solid experience in API development, system integration, and interface development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure-based services.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, customization, and development.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
