Growth Marketing Manager

SALT Talent is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in Singapore for a giant social media client for a 12 months contract role. In this role you will develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and other digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness

What will you be doing?

• Analyse campaign performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend for maximum efficiency
• ‚óèMonitor daily campaign operations and performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations for real-time optimisation and anomaly detection
• Manage budgets and forecast marketing performance to meet or exceed growth targets, actively adjusting channel allocation and spend based on in-flight data and business priorities
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to develop measurement frameworks and attribution models
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging AI capabilities to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

What will you bring?

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on user acquisition or engagement
• 8+ years of experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments, including A/B testing and incrementality measurement, to drive data-informed decisions
• Experience using quantitative analysis and marketing data (e.g., campaign metrics, cohort analysis, funnel reporting) to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
• Project & Stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communications skills.
