*GOVT* Marketing & Communications or Events Manager [Till 31 Mar 2027]

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing, communications, and publicity initiatives for large-scale community engagement programmes and events.

• Working Hours:Mon – Thurs: 9.30am – 7pm, Fri: 9.30am – 6.30pm
• Duration: till 31 Mar 27

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow social media platforms through content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and trend monitoring.
• Develop engaging digital content to strengthen brand awareness and online presence.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement.

Marketing & Communications

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels.
• Coordinate with media agencies, creative vendors, and influencers on digital marketing initiatives.
• Assist in website content updates and online publicity campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising campaigns across television, radio, print, and outdoor media.

Media Relations & Publicity

• Work with appointed agencies to execute publicity and media engagement plans.
• Support media outreach activities and coordinate publicity opportunities to increase programme visibility.
• Prepare publicity materials and communications content.

Event Marketing & Project Support

• Coordinate the production of marketing collaterals, branding materials, and publicity assets.
• Support event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination for campaigns and large-scale events.
• Participate in post-event reviews and recommend process improvements.

Administration & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate meetings, procurement, documentation, and project administration.
• Prepare reports, presentation slides, and project updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, Events Management, or a related discipline.
