Product Manager (Product Ops / Government Project)

Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager (Product Ops) to drive operational excellence across our product ecosystem and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives at scale.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, data, and customer success teams to streamline product workflows, improve delivery processes, and enhance product adoption.

• Working Location: Central
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product operations processes including release coordination, roadmap tracking, and product performance reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
• Define and track product KPIs, usage metrics, and operational dashboards
• Identify inefficiencies in product workflows and drive process improvements
• Support product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and iteration
• Enable product teams with tools, documentation, and governance frameworks

Requirements:

• 4-7 years in product management, product operations, or program management
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product metrics and data tools
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus
