About SenSen Networks
SenSen Networks (ASX: SNS) is a leading Physical AI company. Our flagship platform, SenDISA®, the Physical AI Operating System for Government, transforms data from multiple sensing technologies into actionable intelligence, court-grade evidence and automated operational workflows. Designed as a sensor-agnostic platform, SenDISA integrates computer vision, ANPR, GPS, RFID, LiDAR, acoustic sensing and other contextual information to help governments understand, monitor and manage complex physical environments. Today, our solutions power applications across parking management, kerbside management, asset management, WH&S, heavy vehicle compliance, road safety, environmental regulation and smart mobility for over 70 government agencies across the globe.
What you will own
Positioning and messaging
•
Define positioning for assigned product lines: the category we play in, the problem we solve, the alternative we displace, why us, and the evidence behind every claim
•
Build the messaging framework each region works from, and keep it current as the products and the market move
•
Translate one engineering capability into four market stories without letting them drift into four different products
Market and buyer intelligence
•
Understand how our buyers actually buy: council and agency budget cycles, tender and panel processes, who signs, who blocks, and what language survives a procurement review
•
Run win and loss reviews with sellers, and turn the pattern into a change in what we say
•
Track the market shifts that decide our next three years, including AI governance, privacy expectations, evidentiary standards and funding programmes
Sales enablement
•
Build the assets sellers in four regions will actually open: one pagers, battle cards, objection handling, ROI framing, demo narratives and tender language
•
Run enablement sessions on new positioning rather than emailing a deck and hoping
•
Sit in on live calls regularly, because enablement written from a desk is guesswork
Competitive intelligence
•
Maintain the competitive set and the difference between a real rival, a neighbour and an integration partner
•
Track how competitors position, price and market, and turn it into lines a seller can say out loud in a live call
•
Keep battle cards honest, including where a competitor genuinely wins
Website and reporting
•
Own the product and solution pages on sensen.ai: the messaging, the structure, the copy and the iteration after launch
•
Build campaign landing pages and make sure enquiries land cleanly in the CRM
•
Own search and answer-engine visibility for the pages you write, because our buyers now ask an AI assistant before they call us
•
Report on what the pages do, and change them when the numbers say so
Your first 90 days
Weeks 1 to 4. Immersion and evidence.
•
Learn the products properly, and sit in with the sales teams across Australia and the US
•
Audit the current site and the existing collateral for traffic, ranking and truth
•
Deliver a written view of where our messaging is weakest, positioning hypotheses for the four priority product lines, and the information architecture, redirect map and page briefs for the new site
Weeks 5 to 9. Decide and build.
•
Messaging framework for four priority product lines, tested with sellers and signed off by the VP Marketing
•
Final copy for every priority page, written against that framework, designed and approved
•
Development build running to a weekly ship-or-cut call, with tracking and forms tested on staging
Weeks 10 to 13. Ship and enable.
•
New sensen.ai copywriting completed
•
Coordinate with developers and designers for assets, build and shipping
•
Enablement asset in the hands of the sales team, and one enablement session delivered
Beyond 90 days.
A launch calendar the company plans against, a competitive programme that runs continuously, and the messaging discipline to keep four regions telling one story.
We are looking for someone who
•
Has 3 to 5 years in B2B product marketing, or in content and demand generation with genuine product marketing ownership, at a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company
•
Has owned positioning end to end: researched it, written it, defended it to a sales team, and changed it when the market disagreed
•
Has shipped web pages rather than briefed them. You have owned copy, structure and what happened to the numbers afterwards
•
Works hands-on in a CMS (WordPress preferred), an SEO tool (Semrush, Ahrefs or similar) and AI-assisted workflows, and can read a GA4 report without help
•
Has strong analytical skills, and can connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes
•
Has mentored or guided junior team members
Nice to have, not required
•
Selling to government, public sector or otherwise regulated buyers, or familiarity with tenders and panel arrangements
•
Background in computer vision, IoT, smart cities, mobility, transport or physical security
•
Heavy hands-on use of AI tools in daily marketing work. We use them constantly and expect you to
•
Enough HTML and CSS to fix a page rather than raise a ticket
