Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support marketing initiatives, brand development, and business growth by planning campaigns, managing digital channels, conducting market research, and enhancing customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement

Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing channels to optimize audience reach and interaction

Create and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, and communications to support brand consistency

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities for strategic planning

Assist in developing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth

Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review

Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, external vendors, and business partners to ensure seamless execution

Maintain the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing communications

Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities to enhance market presence

Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management to support overall marketing objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline

Relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, organisational, and project coordination skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
