Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing components.
• Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules, and Flows.
• Develop OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and external system interfaces.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application defects and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Monitor and optimise application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment artefacts, and solution specifications.
• Follow established coding, security, governance, and release-management standards.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in secure and governance-driven delivery environments.
