BitGo is seeking a Singapore-based Customer Success Manager to nurture relationships with institutional clients across the APAC region and ensure adoption of BitGo’s custody, wallets, and settlement solutions. You will drive regional expansion and partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support to maximize client value.
You will analyze usage data, conduct strategic reviews, and translate client feedback into product improvements while mitigating churn and ensuring long-term client success.
